HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT

We distinguish ourselves in three important ways:

1. We listen first. No two companies’ needs are exactly alike. Each has a different culture, products, people and history. We ask a lot of questions and do a lot of active listening until we fully grasp your needs, current circumstances and vision for a solution.

2. We guide, rather than tell. After we understand your situation, we’ll employ our decades of experience to suggest solutions and advise you on your options. We won’t pressure you or recommend self-serving solutions at the expense of making the maximum positive impact on your key business objectives.

3. We focus on performance…not training. Training is one of several tools we’ll provide to help you increase business productivity, decrease inefficiency and downtime, and increase customer satisfaction. We’ll help you start with specific business outcomes in mind, design a solution that integrates all factors affecting the outcomes, and implement a solution that includes follow-up and follow-through.

OUR PHILOSOPHY OF LEARNING

Education and training are on the threshold of a revolution. The same learning methods have been used for centuries with only incremental advancements and refinements. The result is that most learning programs are inefficient and less than fully effective. Traditionally students have devoted more time than necessary, and we have settled for outcomes that don’t ensure the student can apply what has been taught.

But all that is changing. Just as information technology, business process re-engineering and communications have been revolutionized in the past few decades, learning will go through a positive transformation in the next decade. That will change the way we do business and will accelerate our economy.

New learning methodologies that dramatically decrease the time it takes for people to learn,
while significantly increasing their ability to apply and retain the knowledge and skills learned, are changing the learning paradigm. In the near future, the direct link between efficient learning programs and dramatically increased productivity will swing the value proposition and redefine the role of education and training in business and society.
