The objective of this course is to teach physician practices the fundamentals of Lean process improvement. Since Lean was developed in the auto manufacturing industry, applying it to healthcare, while highly valuable, can be challenging for providers. This sample is one module from that course.

To help them identify opportunities for process improvement, we provided detailed examples of how Lean concepts and techniques can be used in physicians’ offices.

We were responsible for all phases of production including scripting and storyboarding, instructional design, graphics, professional voiceover, and producing the screens using Adobe Captivate.
